"A friend of mine tagged me in a contest Kim was having to win a free shoot. I had a boudoir shoot done years ago for my husband on our first anniversary but I was extremely anxious about the thought of doing another one. A lot has happened in 12 years, two babies (older in life), multiple surgeries, weight gain-loss-gain-loss, a full hysterectomy, the list is long. My self image was not what it used to be and I honestly struggle to look myself in the mirror daily. I was nervous, skeptical, scared but I entered the contest and then just out right booked a session before the contest even took place. I needed to do this shoot, for my husband's Christmas gift, but more so for myself, to remind me that everything myself and my body has gone through, it is still beautiful and is capable of doing some pretty incredible things. Kim is an amazing soul and she will make you feel like you are the most beautiful, sexiest woman on the planet when she is behind the lens. She took some great shots, I keep asking myself if she superimposed my face on someone else, and I loved the experience and the pictures that I am able to give my husband.
